    • Import Image File to Design Software
    • Design Model (Option to Export to Printer to print model for fit verification if using a Intraoral scanner)
    • Design Restoration
    • Export File to CAM or Printing Software
  • Milling
    • Import Design File into CAM Software
    • Insert material into milling machine
    • Zirconia, Wax and Chrome Colbalt is Dry Milled
    • Glass Ceramics, Composites, PMMA, Baseplate Wax and Titanium should be Wet Milled
    • With software nest file digitally into Material Blank or Block
    • Mill restoration
    • Remove blank or block from milling machine
    • With a handpiece, remove the restoration from the blank or block
  • Printing
    • Import Design File into CAM Software
    • With software nest the restoration, model, guide or nightguard digitally onto buildplate of the printer
    • Pour resin into resin tank
    • Start printing software
    • After print is complete remove nesting connectors
    • Clean with alcohol
    • Place in post-curing unit to manufacture recommendations
  • Processing
    • Program Zirconia and Porcelain Furnace to Manufacture recommendations for material chosen
    • For Zirconia, with a handpiece remove the spru connector and lightly finish margins
    • For Glass Ceramics that need sintering, remove spru and finish margins using die for verification if available
    • Place into furnace for sintering or crystallization
  • Finishing
    • PMMA, acrylic, composite, titanium or glass materials hand polish
    • Zirconia glaze in a porcelain furnace (For best results) or hand polish
  • Delivery
    • Deliver to patient
